		<description>We're fully aware of how great they are.  They are so much more than a "tools" team.  Their focus lately has been developing tools and applications to ease the pain of our complicated release process.  I can't wait to see what they come up with!</description>

Glad to see that others recognize what a superb team you have there.  I was thrilled to receive permission to attach the Orbitz name to the post, instead of having to sanitize it and post as "generic company does cool widget"...
